Environmental Work at Ysgol Llanfawr.
Morlo have recently secured a grant from the Lottery Breathing Places Fund.
In total £9787 was obtained towards creating an outdoor classroom and garden at the school. The school council have been working with Morlo on designing the garden, tree planting, litter picks etc.
Some of the pupils have also attended a visit to a community focus school in Caerphilly and also to the Moelyci Centre in Tregarth.
With the support of Morlo Ysgol Llanfawr have now been awarded the Gold Award within the Green Schools Initiative..
