Youth Action Team
YOUTH ACTION TEAM
The Youth Action Team meets fortnightly in pupils lunch time at Holyhead High School.
This is a joint project with the other Communities First Wards in Holyhead. The aim of the project is to address issues affecting young people in Holyhead. Some of the things that the group have done are a Sponsored Walk visits to the Conway Centre, Danger Point, taking part in workshops, they helped to organise the Choose Life Project, producing a newsletter, they have also worked with the Dog Warden and gave out leaflets to the public giving them information about the dangers of dog fouling.
The group have also recently won a Llais Ni Award. If interested get in touch with any of the Communities First Staff.
